I meditate, but I do other things as well, such as the relaxation response, and sometimes tapping. Not sure what makes the most difference!
ReplyDeleteI think that anything that helps to calm one's limbic system makes a difference. It's wonderful that there are many different ways to achieve calm. I've heard of tapping, but not the "relaxation response". Is it new?
