It Doesn't Matter if It's a Real Threat or Not

  1. I meditate, but I do other things as well, such as the relaxation response, and sometimes tapping. Not sure what makes the most difference!

  2. I think that anything that helps to calm one's limbic system makes a difference. It's wonderful that there are many different ways to achieve calm. I've heard of tapping, but not the "relaxation response". Is it new?
